Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using SmartRecruiters across
our company to manage all our applicants and to identify potential candidates'
diverse roles within our organization. It helps with keeping us on the same page. We are able to analyze
the candidate info and make a better decisions on candidates as a team and we don’t
have to be in the geological location.

Pros and Cons

It helps us handle thousands of resumes at a time and we are able to sort through them and tag them accordingly.
It suggests leads for our open positions helping us to find candidates easier.
It is very user friendly.
Our team are able to evaluate candidates no where they at

A person should be able to be switch jobs and not have show up in the old job they were under.

Candidate Experience

It's very user friendly for candidates! However not sure of how good it is for a candidate tracking the hiring process. It has a very basic application form that could
be filled out without any problems. It also make it easy for us to add any questions
on the application.

Usability for Hiring Managers

It's user friendly and provides hiring managers
with info from the team to make decisions in real time. They are able to
use it on smart phones and other devices without a problem. Don’t need to wait
around to make decisions that affect our time and cost money. No big meetings
for a decision on candidates this is done virtual with all dept. or opinions in
the app. Very Good!

Return on Investment

It's a great tool for saving money and time (i.e. we don't need big meetings with dept or other team members to make decisions we are able to do put the info in the App )
It saves paper (less paper needed for our hiring process, etc....

Likelihood to Recommend

SmartRecruiters is very user friendly and could be operated fast and easy from smart phones. You are able to unite the whole team in one app to make decisions in the organization in a fast and easy way. It is suited for massive recruiting and yes it could use some improvement on the technical part.
