Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We are currently using SmartRecruiters across
our company to manage all our applicants and to identify potential candidates'
diverse roles within our organization. It helps with keeping us on the same page. We are able to analyze
the candidate info and make a better decisions on candidates as a team and we don’t
have to be in the geological location.

Pros
- It helps us handle thousands of resumes at a time and we are able to sort through them and tag them accordingly.
- It suggests leads for our open positions helping us to find candidates easier.
- It is very user friendly.
- Our team are able to evaluate candidates no where they at
Cons
- A person should be able to be switch jobs and not have show up in the old job they were under.
- It's a great tool for saving money and time (i.e. we don't need big meetings with dept or other team members to make decisions we are able to do put the info in the App )
- It saves paper (less paper needed for our hiring process, etc....
