Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

I use SmartRecruiters to find managers, service writers and technicians in the automotive repair business. I own one location, out of 157 in 22 states. I have used SmartRecruiters on several occasions since I opened in February of 2015.
  • Posts openings on several job sites at one time.
  • Reports and records applications.
  • Allows for reviews and communication with candidates.
  • I do not find the software to be particularly intuitive to find my current job listings. I have to filter by my name as hiring manager. It seems to me that my information would be assumed when I log in.
The dashboard could list my active job posting immediately upon opening. Also there are some graphs and other items that do not need to be on the front page.
  • One place to advertise job openings.
  • Still find my best prospects by other methods--particularly recommendations and referrals from other professionals in the area.
  • One location for a list of candidates.
Since I have not used any other software for this process I do not have anything to compare with it. Once I finally find the jobs that I have listed it is fairly easy to use. Recenty I found that I could preview the job before posting it, which is most helpful.
