Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

Job openings are posted to multiple sites through SR. Candidates apply through SR. Resumes are reviewed. Communication with candidates is through SR. Candidate progression in the hiring decision process is also tracked in SR.
  • Very quick and easy to post job openings in multiple locations at one time.
  • Very easy for applicants to provide neccessary information.
  • Quick and easy to access perspective candidate information.
  • Clearly see how many candidates are in what stage of the process at a glance.
  • It is not easy to find previously posted jobs by location only.
  • "Leads" don't always seem to match position requirements.
  • If there is more than one opening for a particular position, it is somewhat cumbersome to manage in SR.
I do not find that I receive any different quality of candidate in SR than through other options.
I rated this piece down the middle because we don't really use the system that way. It seemed a little difficult to share the info with hiring managers that are not familiar with ATS systems.
  • All applicants are streamlined. Don't have to visit multiple sites to recover applicant info.
  • Prospective candidates can visit multiple locations and see the same posting.
  • Very easy to see all candidate communication through one message system.
I did not have input into the decision of using SR.
I find SmartRecruiters very easy to use. Some of the more advanced features are a little cumbersome to use, but SR provides training within the system.
