SmartRecruiters is used to manage the application process for new potential hires in all departments. It is organized into different pipelines and assigned to that designated hiring manager to manage the pipeline and contact the candidates that apply for that position. We use it for hiring new employees across the entire organization.
- Organize candidates into different pipelines.
- Makes contacting candidates easy.
- Keeps track of every point of contact made to the candidate.
- Occasionally certain links take a long time to load or send a message multiple times.
- Offering more options for feedback selections about candidates.
- More efficient time management in regards to the interview process.
- Helpful to have everything in one place for everyone to access.
