Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters has changed the entire recruiting process for us and has helped us become more efficient as a team. We are able to do so much more with less time and this allows us to be strategic as we go through the recruiting process. We have also had a better success rate in filling roles with less downtime as well as view metrics to see what is working and what isn't in our search and make adjustments.
  • Recruiting Metrics. I love the dashboard for each role and easily being able to see important recruiting data at the click of a mouse. This is helpful as we look for trends in our process as well as when we show hiring managers and senior leaders the type of candidates we have in our pipeline.
  • Team Plan. On the team plan, you are able to make comments to other members of your team about a candidate as well as send hiring managers messages regarding where we are in the process of filling an open position. This communication is huge and helps everyone involved feel at ease and part of the process.
  • The app! Being able to review new candidates and move them along in the process all from my phone or tablet has changed the way I work! I am able to look at resumes in real time and schedule out next steps quickly with ease.
  • I do not have any suggestions for improvements at this time! I have really enjoyed learning SR and have been impressed with how easy they make it to use.
The candidate experience helps assure those that apply that not only did the company receive their application, but that someone is reviewing it. Email templates help candidates know where they are in the process and is quick and easy for recruiters to schedule out next steps. Teams are able to go into a candidates profile and view which positions they have previously applied for and notes on their application.
Hiring managers are able to view where a candidate is in real time and provide instant feedback. Hiring managers can view who has interacted with each candidate and read notes from that meeting as well as provide any comments or concerns on that candidate profile which is super helpful for those that are facilitating this process.
  • Time savings for sure! Gone are the days were we were managing multiple job postings on various sites. With the touch of a button, we can post a role on many sites at once and view one dashboard to see which candidates are coming from where.
  • Better data. Having the hiring dashboard showcasing all of the important metrics that recruiters and hiring managers care about is huge. Being able to see our time to hire in real time has impacted our business and encouraged us to look for ways to streamline our process.
I believe that SmartRecruiters is well-suited no matter the size of the company. We have around 200 employees company wide and it has been extremely helpful in making our process more automated as well as keeping those involved in a particular hiring up to speed. I wish we would have had this when we were smaller and would image that we will use this as we continue to see growth.
