Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
I'm using it in order to manage the entire recruitment process, form the briefing to the contract stage.
We're recruiting about 700 hundred people / year, in Europe and North America.
It allow us to work in a more collaborative way, to take care of our candidate, save the time of our recuiters, and to help having efficient KPI.
Pros
- work perfectly with lots of other tools
- Is almost 100% adjustable to your specifc need
- Help recruiting manager to keep track of what's going on with their vacancy
Cons
- The websites are not as adjustable as the rest of the application
- Smartrecruiters don't ask for money for an API integration to work, but some partners do.
- reduce time to hire
