Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters is used worldwide by all recruiters and managers to follow recruitment process, it's also used for internal applications.
Allowing us to track properly the candidates paths and improving the overall candidate experience, it also allows us to keep an history and track the right KPIs.
  • Interview scheduling
  • Provide detail data
  • Easy posting
  • More automation on some settings
  • Fields for recruiters other than notes (with privacy access)
  • Being able to build our own dashboards
  • Candidate experience
  • Facilitate recruiters
I'm not using any features in Smartrecruiters linked to another company, outside job boards connection.
Currently not using it as the listing jpb boards are no fit for us at the moment

It's well suited for applicant tracking system, organizing the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, less for tracking system outside the listed job boards.
