Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
SmartRecruiters is an incredible tool to keep all parts of the recruitment process in a single place. From posting jobs, managing candidates, keeping track of their status in the process, adding comments and important information about them in an organized way, collaborating with the hiring team, etc.
- Sending interview and self-schedule interview invitations directly from the platform and integrated to Outlook.
- All sorts of possibilities to ask questions or add important information about the candidate (screening questions, forms, specific and customized fields such as notice period, salary range or expectations, etc.)
- The recruiter interface is really good, with lots of details to allow the team to be more organized and efficient
- Too many filters that are not the most important ones. Sometimes it's hard to find what we are looking for
- I'd like the possibility to customize the fields and filters more (especially on the candidates tab)
- Because SmartRecruiters is SO complete, it can be complex to do some setups or to use all its functionalities sometimes
- Hiring process is standard across the company
- Centralized information allows the product admins to easily have access to all information and details about the hiring processes, candidates, etc.
- The features of the system save a lot of time from the team, preventing them to have a separate control of the process
Integration with Outlook for interviews is really good. We've tried SHL, but didn't work (mainly because of SHL, not SR) and we are in the process of integrating Modern Hire, but no feedback so far.
Having the integration with LinkedIn and many other free job boards is priceless. We don't really use other paid job boards
