Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters Team

We are using SmartRecruiters for ATS and career site build/management.
  • Very thorough with user training.
  • They are very prompt with answers to questions.
  • They are very professional and friendly and the implementation team is fantastic.
  • Nothing to add here, the product is as advertised and the functionality is easy to use and configure.
  • Career site management is the key feature for my company.
I selected SmartRecruiters because of their mobile/tablet functionality and the easy career page build/management.
Make sure you know what features you want as most ATSs do the same things.
