Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

We use SMTP2GO to deliver email rather than a local SMTP server. Experience has shown that we have better delivery rates and blacklisting is never an issue. Our business is a premium subscription-based weather service. We use SMTP2GO to deliver transactional emails to customers as well as severe weather alerts and other critical data that must be delivered with a high success rate.

We point all outgoing emails from our website and its related administrative functions. In the past, even though we do NOT send spam, we've found ourselves on email blacklists just due to the volume of emails that we send. It often takes time, effort, and sometimes money to resolve these issues. SMTP2GO completely eliminates this problem. It also provides excellent reporting services as well as monitoring of outgoing email. We do NOT use SMTP2GO for user desktop machines. We use Google Workspace/Gmail for our desktop email solution and we find that Gmail's SMTP service does an adequate job for desktop email.
