Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager
It's being used primarily by IT to manage all networking in the DC. We do however create dashboards per department where it's required to know the stats of a group of devices. SolarWinds allows us to make the same config changes in one fell swoop and provides us greater visibility into our network than we ever had before.
