Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
We use NPM as a means to manage the sites with smaller network pipes and be able to pinpoint exactly what is utilizing the bandwidth. It has been a blessing to have this as a tool, especially in this day and age, where the speed and reliability of a network are paramount.

We have not used any other products, as once we tried SolarWinds we stuck to it and thoroughly enjoy using it. We believe that if something works, don't fix it; however, SolarWinds improves itself overtime, so this is definitely the end game. We are extremely happy and will continue to stay a customer.
