Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
SolarWinds NPM is used across the entire organization to help identify problem areas which previously we had difficulty detecting. NPM provides the data we need to improve network performance for all of our departments. Our employees depend on our network to be there for them, and NPM helps us to deliver.
- The ability to add custom alerts.
- The ability to change up the dashboard with Orion integration.
- The speed of agent reporting.
- Server performance. The product seems to use a lot of resources.
- We haven't had the opportunity to put the pencil to paper to determine ROI yet. However, we have reduced manhours by addressing issues faster.
