Overall Satisfaction with Solarwinds Take Control (formerly SolarWinds MSP Anywhere)
Take Control is used across our organization. As an MSP, we support client desktops and troubleshoot client servers with Take Control. We also use it for internal support of our employee laptops/workstations.
- Being able to log in as what a server sees as a "local session" is very convenient for remote troubleshooting of Remote access issues.
- Easily accessing laptops and workstations with a shared desktop to work through issues with clients.
- Copy and paste functions from the host to a remote desktop is cumbersome.
- Screen sizing is an issue for lower resolution devices (servers).
- This simplifies our end-user support operations significantly.
