Overall Satisfaction with Solutionreach

We used Solutionreach for all of our locations to provide customer e-communication services including appointment notifications, recalls, 2-way texting and surveys.
  • Robust user interface and customizeable templates
  • Wide range of features, creative e-communication strategies
  • 2 way texting using your office phone number so it's readily identifiable to your clients
  • Absolutely terrible responsiveness at all levels of the organization - a major issue left us unconnected to the system for weeks with no follow up once basic support was unable to resolve the issue. THis company does not care about its loyal customers (we were clients for well over 10 years before we finally pulled the plug due to dismal customer service).

  • Review generation
  • Our ROI was positive for the first several years of working with them. Over the past couple years they have failed to deliver on basic customer service and we have lost revenue because of their incompetence and lack of interest in solving their client's problems.
Doctor Connect is one of the competitors we are evaluating now that we are no longer with Solutionreach. They have similar offerings at a lower price point.

I would stay away from this company. Not sure why the change, but over the past 2 years literally every level of the organization from tech support through to the CEO has shown complete lack of responsiveness, concern or interest in solving their most loyal client's most basic problems. Their incompetence finally drove us to cancel our accounts after over 10 years with them.
