Overall Satisfaction with Sophos Email

All organizations have email filtering and product protection..We have 200 mailboxes in 365 and some on-premise as well.
  • Ease of use and management for admins
  • Flexible policies
  • Malware and virus screening
  • Better support for internal emails (within our domain)
  • Notifications for quarantined messages
  • We did not measure this, Sophos Email was replacing an older out-of-date product that had to be replaced.
The 1 time we contacted support we got a timely response, although eventually the problem was solved by our local IT and not by Sophos support. The support rep was very helpful and continued to follow up on us to make sure the issue was resolved.

Sophos Email is functioning without any issues and doing a good job. It is easy and intuitive for our IKT team to manage and monitor. It has an able set of tools for managing the mail flow and is working well both with our on-premise Exchange and our 365 cloud-based mailboxes.
Good product for organizations with small IT teams. Very easy deployment and management
for more complex solutions. We are missing some ability to maintain filtering policies with specific rules
