Overall Satisfaction with Sophos Email

Sophos Email is being used by the whole organization. It helps the organization to protect HIPPA and other PII information inside the email by encrypting that email even if it was not encrypted originally. It notifies users which emails were quarantined and delivers those emails to their mailbox with a simple click. Sophos Email does a great job at blocking emails with phishing and malware content.

Very easy to use and manage. Straightforward user interface; allows multiple people to access the dashboard at once.
It is well suited for all businesses, but in particular any business that may contain or share any sensitive data by adding that extra level of assurance that information will not be shared in clear text by accident. The additional phishing feature allows businesses to set up phishing campaigns internally to train staff on avoiding phishing email and not click on email links.

Using Sophos Email

500 - Everyone at the organization is using Sophos email. It was set up for the whole company.
3 - Sophos email is very easy to manage. The IT staff managing Sophos does not need any skills to support Sophos email. Since setting up Sophos email, we have not ran into an issue that IT staff could not resolve. If we ever encounter an issue with Sophos email that can not be addressed by IT staff, we will contact Sophos support to resolve it.
