Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is being used across the organization. Our previous solution was spreadsheets/Google email sent out everyone month. Now I have complete control over what's in Spiff as it connects directly to Salesforce. No human error is possible!
- Up-to-date and accurate commission information at any point
- Can access from my phone or computer - huge advantage
- Updates fairly quickly so it's reliable at pretty much any time
- Filtering can be tough sometimes
- Maybe a little bit of a quicker refresh
- Very positive - much less friction between Rev Ops/Finance and Sales. Now it's about is Salesforce right, and if so, Spiff is right
100% yes. Though I wouldn't tell my Rev Ops team, I don't spend much time corroborating the information between my own calculations and Spiff anymore. It's always been spot on and it's incredible.
I used an Xactware solution at some point - didn't feel lightweight. I love that their head of product JP sends out updates and what not directly to users.
