Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff helps us quickly and easily identify how commission payments will be allocated. It makes it easy for salespeople to see what they are getting paid and the frequency of those transactions. Instead of waiting to get commission payments, I'm able to log in and see not only when and how much I'm getting paid but also what my percentage to quota attainment is currently at.

  • No more wondering about when and if I'm getting paid since Spiff makes it quick and easy to see what the status of my transactions are
  • It would be great to show the exact pay period commission checks are coming
  • A competitive feature to compare you to others in your organization without giving their information away would be great
  • An option to have questions answered directly on there would be great; currently questions have to go back through managers, when they are not involved with the commission process
  • Increase sales performance by allowing salespeople to track their own progress
  • Decrease in time that HR needs to process payroll, as Spiff assists there
  • Overall happier employees who are more productive, as they can see what their progress is doing for them
Spiff is a great tool and is similar in a lot of ways, but its simplicity of use is what I prefer. Spiff makes it easy for salespeople to navigate, and easy integration and interface tools make it easy for the various sales teams to get what they need out of the same software.

Sales organizations that have a constant deal flow and salespeople struggle to understand when commissions are getting paid out and how much they will be. I honestly think every sales organization could benefit from Spiff, as they work well, answering the questions that sales people care about, like "Where is my money?"
