Spiff helps me see my quota attainment!
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used throughout our entire sales team to track our progress on quota attainment. It's an easy place to see current and past performance, which allows you to quickly forecast end-of-year earnings. It also allows me to reconcile what I will get paid with what I am tracking I should get paid.
Before Spiff, we were previously tracking this data within Salesforce. I think managers have said Spiff is more accurate than Salesforce. With more accurate data, this leads to greater understanding of metrics and quota obtainment. This can be important in forecasting for potential angel investors. We never would have been able to move on from visualizing quota obtainment and where all reps were without Spiff. Everybody wants to get paid and get paid accurately!
