Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We were calculating commissions manually. We had grown to the point that we needed a solution that could standardize and error-proof our commission's calculations. Spiff checks all the boxes by connecting with Salesforce and allowing for multiple commissions plans and tiers.

Pros

  • Summary of commissions
  • Drill down into commissions at agent level
  • Ability to pay out commissions based on when we receive payment

Cons

  • None that I can think of
  • Immediate insight of performance to quota for agents
Nice interface, and easy for agents to interpret/learn.

When you have more than one commission plan, commission rate kickers when certain criteria are achieved, etc then this product is a good choice.
