Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to keep track of sales incentive pay. Previous to Spiff we had a tool that didn't work for our comp plan and resorted to excel sheets.

Pros

  • Updated daily
  • Accurate
  • Easy to use UI

Cons

  • We've had a number of occasions where it wasn't working
  • Decreased commissions processing time
  • increased productivity from mgmt
The UI is very simple and straightforward. I appreciate that it's nearly real time, when a big deal closes it's reflected the next day.
Exactly didn't work for our comp plan.

Spiff works very well for our org, we have a complex plan where reps get paid different BCR's based on our team selling environment. It works and the information is clear.
