Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff to review my upcoming commissions as a sales rep. It clearly shows me what's owed to me and when it will be paid out.
- Shows key metrics and data for the year.
- Shows key metrics and data for the month.
- Shows me how I'm averaging out for the year, month by month.
- Let's me click into the deal opportunities and hop back into the CRM if I see something is off.
- A quick way to argue something, inside of Spiff. I'm not seeing any options for this.
- I can't think of anything else major lacking.

My level of trust has gone way up as I can now see what my paycheck is attached to, whereas before I had to maintain all the calculations myself, and if they didn't at up to my paycheck, I had NO IDEA why, or where to start to fix it.
