Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

It is used to view my commission and payroll. It does not say if it's showing the amount before and after taxes (that would be nice since commission and bonuses get taxed differently).
  • Easy to read charts and graphs
  • Provides metrics for types of accounts
  • Ability to easily export statements into Excel
  • Sending alerts monthly on how you are doing towards quota
  • Alerting for target accounts so I know which ones are incentivized
  • Alerting for incentives in general
  • It explains commission in depth
  • It creates some confusion with my paystub in ADP
  • There has never been any training on how to use Spiff in 4 months, other than a quick 5-minute tutorial
It is based on me just not knowing how to use the software to its fullest potential. This could be improved by a training of some sort.
I DO have increased visibility, but I would like to see before and after taxes are taken out. Also, I don't think it is correct in terms of amounts.
Spiff does not really integrate with ADP and I really wish it would. I think there is a lot of potential there and it could help solve any discrepancies with my check. Also having someone to go to, i.e. with ADP I can go to HR, but Can I also do that for Spiff? Or is there a Spiff rep that supports Sysdig?

Yes

Spiff is helpful in understanding a comp plan. It would be nice to have it explained or if we held office hours with a channel partner or rep that could educate on how to get the most out of Spiff.
