Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

As a member of the sales team, a major portion of my compensation is commission-based. Spiff is able to give me a solid understanding of the rules set forth for me to make a commission while giving me a visual of what I will be earning during any specific commission period. The visuals are the best part of the platform, as I can see what I am making in any given month, and what I have earned over the past 12 months.

Spiff earns a 10/10 from me for a few reasons. Spiff is easy to use. As an Account Executive, I don't want to bother with any sort of hassle of calculating my commissions, or finding out by surprise what I will be paid. Spiff allows me to have a simple understanding of what I will be paid, what I have been paid, and why I have been paid a given amount.
I feel complete trust in the compensation process at my company. Spiff has given us a transparent commission process that leaves nothing to struggle over. We can see why we earned an amount, and how much that amount will be over any given time span. It updates in real-time and is a great resource.
I previously used Exactly for commission payouts. We moved away from this software as there was room for improvement. After seeing what Spiff could do, and how easily it integrated with Salesforce, it was a no-brainer for our organization to move to Spiff. We have not regretted our decision. Spiff is great!

Spiff is well suited in any environment where employees are earning a commission. For many sales representatives, the commission is a huge part of their overall compensation. Commission payouts can be tricky, and many representatives may question why or how they are getting paid out. Spiff's software solves these issues by showing what guidelines create commission payouts and then visualizing what will be paid out.
