Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is a game-changer for us and gives the transparency of how the commission is being calculated for the finance and sales departments. It was really dark before spiff and it has a big impact on our daily job.

Pros

  • Giving the details of the commission calculation
  • Ability to see the history of your commissions
  • Details on the whole commission plan with accelerators etc..

Cons

  • Update from Salesforce faster
  • Ability to report an issue directly from the tool
  • Less ticket from Sales to finance
  • More trust within the organization
No training needed to master Spiff as it is intuitive
No competition between the tools as Google sheet is not even a competitor.
