Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is extremely easy to use from an individual contributor standpoint. Especially with being a remote employee in a different time zone, sometimes it can be difficult to get full transparency or quick responses in regards to compensation. Spiff has streamlined the ability for our organization and is extremely easy to use and set up. Would highly recommend it to any organization that has a remote workforce or needs assistance with transparency in regards to commissions.

It is extremely easy to use and plugs right into our CRM so that you do not have to sign out and sign in or remember a password if you happen to forget.

I've been with an organization previously in the credit card processing business that was not transparent at all with regards to commissions. I was a remote employee in a significantly different time zone and had questions regarding commissions, yet had to wait multiple days to get a response and by then it was too late. Spiff would have helped greatly in mitigating a lot.... and possibly even lawsuits. I think Spiff is extremely well suited in any organization currently to help navigate difficult commission conversations.
