Helps me track a complicated commission structure, making this usually complicated process actually digestible.

It is extremely simple and user-friendly. Clean UI, looks slick and minimalist.
It has increased my trust in the compensation process in that I now don't have to worry about making my own, incorrect calculations. I never had distrust with my employer, but mistakes happen, and oftentimes I would miss these. I do not anymore.

Well suited to any situation in which commission has to be tracked for more than a dozen people at once. I can only see it not being applicable in the case of very small businesses, or extremely simple commission structures.
