Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff to track my commission per quarter. I love using this to track and have an idea of what I am expecting. This is perfect with knowing what to expect with deal percentages tracking what to expect in my quarterly commission checks. This helps track my quarters and deals.
As a user, I don't get to see the manager view but I love being able to see my commission tracked and viewed what I am expecting. As a user, I only use it for one thing. It shows me stats, incoming money, breakdown of each month, and commission average.
This has helped me understand the breakdown of how much money will be made per deal closed with the percentage. This gives me a better understanding of what work I need to do and where I am against my goal. Ultimately I think it has helped me understand the compensation process and help me trust it better.

I have had the experience without Spiff and with Spiff. Spiff saves me time and energy on tracking my own commission for me with breakdowns of per deal and average. I think the only thing Spiff is well suited for is that. It is the perfect thing for tracking my incoming money.
Spiff Feature Ratings
20 - I dont have a direct number for how many people use Spiff as I am not a admin for Spiff or a manager level but the sales organization uses Spiff. Part of the sales team would be the CS team, BDR team and Account Executive team. Any team that makes commission.
1 - I only know of one team member that supports our in-house of Spiff and I do know that we have not had our 2022 plans updated yet so I have use Spiff in 2022.
