Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff has been a great asset to our business and had allowed us to customize and scale over 30 different compensation plans. They were up to the challenges of our unique org structure and willing to test and push limits of what their product can do. Very impressed!

  • Handling complexity
  • Time-saving integration with SFDC
  • Excellent sales engineers!
While very intuitive for a Sales Rep, there could be an improvement on in the Admin side- directions on where to find reports, etc.
So much better with flexibility and customer service, as well as CRM integration.

I can see Spiff being well suited for any prospect using Salesforce! I'm unsure of their compatibility with other CRMs, especially those in the SMB space.
