We use Spiff to see our Commissions and compensation plans - as well as quarterly goals

It's very user friendly - I really like how it also breaks down your average comp over the course of the year
Has definitely increased visibility and allow you to spot check things quicker

Before my company implemented Spiff we had no way to understand what our compensation was actually at other than doing the math yourself. Spiff has been great from a salespersons perspective because I can see things in real-time, and ultimately drives my motivation to sell more
