Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is great to help keep track of bonuses and other non salary pay outs for employees. It is extremely easy to use and makes payroll so much easier for accounting purposes. I highly recommend Spiff for a company that is 50 or more people!

Pros

  • separates bonuses to keep straight
  • keeps track of commissions and easy to make changes
  • tracks non salary or commission payouts

Cons

  • some way to communicate with accounting on the spiff site
  • Seems to have helped the accounting department very much
  • Cuts down on mistakes on payouts
Very easy for me to use
Spiff is the best! Our company has used many methods such as ADP and spread sheets but Spiff is the best so far!
