Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff makes it easy to get our monthly commissions in a timely manner with very little effort involved. It automates all the manual entries we used to make on excel sheets and makes the approval chain much smoother. Approving statements has never been easier with spiff - highly recommend Spiff to any organization with a large sales team.

You don't need to be an engineer to use Spiff its interface is easy to use. The visibility Spiff gives to reps is unmatched and causes less back and forth making mistakes happen less and payments going out faster. Spiff's visibility increases our sales reps performance and productivity month after month.
Trust around commission compensation has definitely increased since we started using spiff. All reps have full visibility over how each calculation is being made and have a better understanding of the break-down of their monthly commissions. Reps are more aligned with leadership and their overall position for the month every time they log into their spiff accounts.
The team at Spiff made it easy to choose their platform, they were extremely diligent and made the process seamless. They had worked with us on pricing and we were extremely satisfied with the end result. The user interface and simplicity was also a driving factor in choosing spiff and made onboarding a breeze.

Best suited for a well performing teams with an outdated commission payout system. Saves the team from manually paying out each rep every month which can be a very long and tedious process. With a sales team of 30+ reps a tool like Spiff is a must have every month. If you only have a few sales reps then Spiff may not be worth it for you.
