Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff allows us to see how much we are going to make on commission based on our current KPIS for the month. It provides transparency in what we will receive on our paychecks.

Spiff if simple to use but there is no WOW factor about the product. Not that it needs one because it has a very specific function that it does well.

At the end of the month I am always in the dark about how much extra spending money I will have. Spiff solves this because it allows us to see how much money we are going to be making based on our performance.
