Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff to track sales activity and my commission associated to it. It helps me see an overall view of my goals, where I am year to date, as well as more granular data such as cross sells and new customers acquired.
Pros
- Tracking quotas
- Breaking down sales metrics in the way they are booked (new, upsell, cross-sell etc)
- Providing a visual representation of annual goals
Cons
- It would be great if there was some kind of notification feature to enable when you receive a milestone, hit a goal etc
- increased transparency into compensation
- improved sales rep productivity - specifically, this allows reps to understand where they are behind or meeting there goals especially when it comes to cross-selling products
