Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff helps us manage our commissions process, reporting and reconciliation. Before Spiff, we used a combination of excel, SFDC reports, and Google Sheets. Spiff brings everything together in one platform and has powerful reporting capabilities that helps finance and operations manage our process. The support from Spiff has been top notch and implementation was a breeze.

The user interface and user experience are great. The design is easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail with their design and experience. Their reporting modules are also really nice and easy to create and present. Sales reps can always log in and see where they are in the month.
We have increased visibility across the board with our compensation process. Sales reps no longer ping me with questions about their commission payouts, plans, etc. They can log in and see exactly what they are getting paid and why. It also shows any clawback and keeps a record for audit purposes. We have much better alignment and collaboration because of Spiff.
We used Google Sheets before and it was a headache. While it did work, it was a lot of work and prone to human error. I would spend hours reconciling commissions each month and Spiff has made that process a breeze. I am happy we switched from Google Sheets to Spiff.

Spiff works great as our commission management platform. We have 10-20 sales reps so not sure how it scales beyond that but for us, it works great! Their support staff are super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using / implementing Spiff. It has streamlined our commission reporting and made my job easier.
