Overall Satisfaction with Spiky.ai
I implemented Spiky.ai to manage all of the video calls my sales team conducts on a regular basis. As a manager, I use it to coach my reps, identify insights to improve our pitch, automate note taking, and manage my team's activity at scale. Spiky.ai enables my reps to learn how to improve their sales calls by accessing robust analytics on their activity and easy-to-use coaching customized to their workflow.

After a robust evaluation, I honed in on Gong and Spiky.ai as the best options for my team. However, Gong was extremely expensive, and overall I was not impressed with their product or user interface. It required an extensive sales process and implementation to get going and was also not intuitive for my reps to use.
Spiky.ai on the other hand provided a much better value, superior user interface, and were able to get my team on the platform in days not weeks. Beyond that, Spiky.ai is providing them with built-in coaching and several handy features like a summary of next steps and easy-to-understand analytics on performance.
