Overall Satisfaction with Spiky.ai

We are using Spiky.ai in our sales organization to track calls. In particular we're looking at engagement during sales calls to see how we can improve our performance and win more business. While this product has many other use cases, our team's focus is on sales and business development.

Spiky provides functionality that is not built into meeting software today. It provides a layer and level of analysis far beyond what is included. And frankly beyond its competitors but these tools all do have their own built-in functionality too.

This is groundbreaking technology that is way ahead of other products in the category. I don't think it's fair to even say that other similar products are in the same category because they are so limited compared to what Spiky.ai can do. The benefits go far beyond transcribing calls or highlighting interesting moments. I believe that this software will help salespeople win more business.
