We use Splash for any events hosted by our company (client related, roadshow, internal events and functions). All of which are free of charge events and only require RSVP but not ticketing.
Pros
- Easy setup of the event page itself.
- Easy to manage invite processes sending out emails, notifications and updates.
- Easy access to email analytics.
Cons
- Navigating the setup and editing blocks could be easier/more self-explaining.
- Integration with Hubspot and Salesforce seems difficult or only available in a beta version.
- Positive ROI
- Improved event presentation online lead to a more professional image display on the events side.
Creating a well-designed event page in a relatively short amount of time is paramount to event efficiency. Splash is definitely our #1 choice here.
Moreover, the customer success team is very responsive and provides solutions to any kind of problem quickly and directly. Having access to any kind of training to become a pro using the platform is an integral part of why we love Splash. Eventbrite and Cvent couldn't keep up with Splash here.
