Overall Satisfaction with Splash Event Marketing Platform

Splash is being used across the entire organization. We use it to manage all of all internal and external events including surveys, attendee check-in and pre and post-event communications.

  • Allowing the user to easily replicate sent emails.
  • More options for templates.
  • Positive - It helped us understand which markets have the highest and lowest attrition rates. We use those metrics in all of our recap reports.
  • Additionally, the ability to send feedback surveys to our attendees has been amazing. We also use the feedback from these surveys in our recap reports as well.
Eventbrite has a clumsy platform and it doesn't allow the user to create branded event pages or custom designs.
From an events perspective, it's always appropriate because you can brand event pages as your own, and the user experience is pretty straightforward and simple. It's also simple to train new users on the platform.
