Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Modern Engagement (formerly Social + Messaging Suite)

It was used on a National level by our corporate Social Media Coordinator as well as a local level for each of our properties. It helped coordinate messaging across all channels all in one place.

  • Metrics tracking.
  • Learning curve, there's a lot of options to run through, it's hard to know where to start.
  • Slow glitch fixes.
  • Tagging isn't as intuitive as other platforms.

Nothing is perfect, but when you have a lot of cooks in the kitchen, or people accessing your back end of social media, Sprinklr helps mitigate a lot of issues.
At the time, Sprinklr was cutting edge, plus Sprout gets pretty pricey the more accounts you need to update and doubly so, the more people you need to give access to.
If you are running social media for more than a dozen different accounts, like in property management, it's a solid choice to keep track of everything in one spot.
