Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an agency, we implement complex eCommerce solutions for our customers - Spryker serves as the operating system and forms the basis for the eCommerce processes. Spryker is implemented company-wide and puts a digital layer over the existing business model. The modularity of Spryker, as well as the consistent API First approach, enables us to roll out MVPs quickly and efficiently and to integrate Spryker even in the most complex infrastructures.

Support Rating

The support at Spryker has been absolutely great so far. The support has been friendly, solution-oriented, and quick to respond. In complex or challenging project situations, we have been able to work with Spryker to solve the tasks in front of us.

Usability

Overall, the backend system has good usability, but it is designed to be filled with data mainly by other systems and then passed on. Maintenance scenarios, such as article maintenance or the maintenance of content, should be possible, but should not be handled via it.
