Overall Satisfaction with Spryker Cloud Commerce OS
With the help of Spryker, we are currently re-launching our existing B2B online stores. The particular challenge here is to be able to map the growing number of multinational stores in a complex environment from many dependent software systems holistically in one platform. Spryker helps us with its B2B-specific functionalities and modern software architecture to meet the fast changing requirements of our customers.
- Extensive business-to-business commerce features.
- Modern software architecture with different extensions to pick from.
- Good integration into existing system landscape.
- The CMS functionalities and banner management still have room for improvement.
So far only a few direct points of contact, but they were very competent and friendly.
The user interface seems very intuitive at first glance, but is a bit convoluted in some places.
