Overall Satisfaction with Spryker Cloud Commerce OS

We use Spryker as our e-commerce solution and customer frontend. We have very extensive product data (3 million SKUs, 8 million images, 60 million technical attributes, etc.) and a use lot of APIs.

Well suited: Spryker is ideal if you want to build a complex system by yourself with many complicated processes, APIs, etc. However, you need an excellent developer team. If you don't have this team, you will fail. If you "only" want to build an online shop, your budget is small and you want to go online quickly: maybe you should look at other systems.

Spryker Cloud Commerce OS Support

Developer education is lacking of documentation and support. The Spryker support crew are great (thumbs up - btw.), but there often seems to be a lack of resources to fix errors (quickly).

From my perspective (user, not a developer), the usability is ok.
