We haven't implemented AI yet but it's definitely interesting and hopefully we can use it in the future.

If I had to do it again, I would place more emphasis on evaluating integration capabilities with existing systems early on. Additionally, I would involve end-users from various departments in the evaluation process to ensure the solution meets the needs of all stakeholders.
