We use it to digitize our paper works so we can become a paperless company. We also use it to automate and capture data flows

Our organization measured time to value with Square 9 Softworks by tracking the efficiency improvements in document workflows, cost savings, and user adoption rates. We achieved noticeable results within the first three months, with streamlined processes and reduced operational delays becoming evident.
We haven't implemented AI yet but it's definitely interesting and hopefully we can use it in the future.

It's very good when you have a ton of paper works, it eases the flow since you can program it to have a series of approvers and they can do it all through their computers instead of having them sign physical papers
