Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We use Square 9 Softworks to automate our AP processes, manage our workflow digitally, and to leverage efficiencies within that process. Additionally, Square 9 Softworks has helped develop key interfaces for uploading into our ERP platforms.

We have not directly compared time to value. We have, however, been able to decrease our AP employee count from five to two and a half thanks to the efficiencies we have been able to leverage.
We do not generally use the AI features yet, though we have great interest in deploying them. We have used custom built interfacing within Square 9 Softworks to leverage great data export capabilities and efficiencies within our main ERP software.
