Excellent Program for Invoices and Invoice Approval!

We use Square 9 Softworks to process all invoices that the company receives. We send them to admins to code and then they are sent on to managers for approval. Once the manager approves the invoice, then AP approves them for payment. I work in the accounts payable department so we make the final approval for payment.

It is important to have the appropriate approvals on all invoices that are being paid. Before we had Square 9 Softworks, we had to email each invoice to a manager, find out what the invoice was for, get approval, and then enter it in for payment. Now, we can enter it into Square 9 Softworks, put the invoice in a person's box, they code it, the manager gets it and approves it, then we pay it. It saves so much time! It also prevents the company from paying duplicate invoices.

Because I work in the accounts payable department, I deal with Square 9 Softworks every single day. Every process that I do requires that I use Square 9 Softworks. There are so many features that I think we aren't utilizing but it does have so much to offer. I love how it has key free indexing. It recognizes words and will enter them in for you. It helps to prevent errors from being entered in by other people.
