Document management solution for all our paper. All our client's contribution forms for every client, 10 of them for over 50 employers. We have client warehouse we convert older documents to archives. all of our staff has a scanner on their desk, so every paper communication is scanned in the GS for safe keeping. Database is backup offsite.

we used temp staffing for our large pension mailings that is over 15,000 members, we had Square 9 Softworks create a uninque ID from our excel sheet to capture index fields when documents are returned. this auto indexing workflow that cost us $18k has an ROI of 3 months and we get to use now for all our clients.
we only use the product for scanning mostly we have not gotten into accounts payable processes as yet - we do see the power, it's just time to spent to get it onboard. very powerful features - API are available, we use it mostly for drop and drop and paper savings.
