It works for us

We utilize Square 9 Softworks for many functions of our office from digitally filing and managing documents to processing vendor invoices. When looking for a document, using the search options allows us to find documents quickly. This also allows for our office to be more paperless which essentially makes us more efficient.

This is not something we've spend time measuring other than but the word of our staff stating they are able to complete tasks quicker or in less steps. We have not introduced AI to our environment yet, but I can only image the next level of being able to complete tasks quicker.

The accounts payable processing has been a large factor for us. We have integrated a link from the Square 9 Softworks directly to the erp system to seamlessly process invoices. This has eliminated the need to duplicate enter invoices and payment information. We are able to push invoices through the workflow, send over to the erp, and data flows back from the erp to the archive files.
