Square 9 Softworks honest review

We use Square 9 Softworks in a variety of Business Processes. Ordering Equipment, customer satisfaction surveys, warranty repairs, and warranty submissions we utilize GlobalForms. Within GlobalCapture, we submit delivery and acceptance paperwork, and accounting paperwork. It extracts data off the pages and pushes the documents and data to GlobalSearch. Using GlobalSearch, we store all of our records for long-term retention. Using GlobalAction, we introduced workflow to enhance our processes without manually email people to get business decisions done on time. We use every aspect of Square 9's platform to enhance our business.

We identified the low-hanging process issues first. It took us two weeks to develop and implement the process changes. We were able to enhance these processes within 2 weeks of implementation.

Now, we attack ongoing processes within a few days because we know how the system works. Streamlining processes is at the forefront of our business. Being able to do more with software and relying less on human interaction is helping our business immensely.

From GlobalForms to get data from point A to B fast and efficently to capture paper and electronic documents using the GlobalCapture. Using the Document classification to identify what the document is, extracting data from the document and placing it into the central respository called GlobalSearch. Using GlobalAction workflows to get the documents to the people that makes decisions. Square 9's features are what drive our business.
